By booking a service with HUMAN, you agree to the following:

Services
HUMAN provides trauma-informed life coaching and youth mentoring. These services are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be paid for in advance. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a collaborative process, and outcomes will vary.

Confidentiality
All sessions are treated with strict confidentiality, unless there is a legal or safeguarding obligation to disclose information.

Safeguarding
Where there is a risk of harm to the client or others, HUMAN reserves the right to take appropriate action, including contacting relevant authorities.
